Found a free tool we're missing? We want it in the library. Tell us about it and we'll check it out, test the free plan, and write it up if it holds up.
What qualifies
The tool must be genuinely free in one of two ways: fully free or open source, or a free-forever plan with clear limits. Free trials do not count, even long ones. If the free tier disappears after 30 days, it belongs on someone else's site.
The tool should also be alive. That means it's still maintained, sign-ups are open, and someone answers when things break. We'd rather list five tools you can rely on than fifty you can't.
What to include
The more specific your suggestion, the faster we can review it. A good submission covers four things:
- Tool name and website. The official site, not a directory listing.
- Which category it fits. Form builders, project management, whatever job it does.
- What the free plan actually includes. Limits and numbers, not adjectives. "3 users, unlimited boards" tells us more than "generous".
- Why you'd recommend it. One or two sentences on what it replaced for you, or what surprised you.
What happens next
We verify the free plan on the tool's own pricing page, write the review ourselves, and date every fact so you can tell when we last checked. We do this for every listing because readers trust our pages to be accurate, and that only works if we check every fact so you don't have to.
Submitting doesn't guarantee a listing, and nobody can pay their way in. If a tool doesn't make the cut, it's usually because the free plan is too thin to recommend or the project looks abandoned.

This library only stays useful if every listing is one we'd recommend to a friend. The rules above aren't there to slow you down; they keep "free" meaning free. Thanks for helping us build it.
