Seven limits, starting with the one-seat free plan

• The free plan is single-user. Inviting team members is a Pro feature, so there is no free collaboration at all
• Visit analytics on the free plan cover only the past 7 days. Extended history and drop-off insights are Pro. (Answer insights, the charts of what people actually replied, are free and unlimited)
• There is no background image upload on any plan. Free users can set a background color and a cover image, but a real custom background needs injected CSS, and custom CSS is Pro
• Uploaded files are capped at 10 MB each until you pay
• Fair usage guidelines apply on the free plan for very high volume
• Custom domains and branding removal require a paid plan
• Forms are cloud-hosted only. There is no self-hosted option
