Zoho Forms review

It comes with Zoho, and it shows in both directions

Zoho Forms is Zoho's form builder, covering surveys, registrations, order forms, and field data collection. It stands out for approval workflows (route a submission to a manager before it counts), offline mobile data collection, and native hooks into Zoho CRM, Desk, and Sheet.

500 submissions free, and $10 is the price of a fourth form

Zoho Forms is freemium. The free plan includes 3 forms and 500 submissions per month with 200 MB storage (as of July 2026). Basic ($10/mo billed annually, $12 monthly) unlocks unlimited forms and 10,000 monthly submissions. Higher tiers mainly add users and volume, up to 100 users on Premium ($90/mo billed annually).

3 forms is the limit you hit, not 500 submissions

• The interface feels utilitarian next to Tally or Typeform
• Integrations favor the Zoho suite; third-party options lean on Zapier
• Zoho displays prices in local currency, so your rate may differ from the USD figures above

Worth it inside Zoho One, hard to justify outside it

If your CRM, helpdesk and spreadsheets are already Zoho, this is the obvious choice, and the approval step between submission and action is genuinely uncommon at this price. Offline collection on iOS and Android is the other thing few competitors attempt at all. Judged on its own merits the free plan is narrower than it looks, because three forms runs out long before 500 monthly submissions does, and the editor is functional rather than pleasant. Outside the Zoho suite we would start with our best free form builders instead.
