As of July 2026, the Free Forever plan includes unlimited tasks, unlimited members, kanban boards, sprint management, collaborative docs, calendar view, 1 form, and two-factor authentication, but only 60MB of total storage. Unlimited ($7/user/month billed yearly) removes the storage cap and unlocks unlimited Gantt charts, custom fields, and native time tracking. Business ($12/user/month) adds 5,000 automations a month, dashboards, and sprint reporting.
60MB is the limit you hit first

- Gantt charts, most custom fields, and time tracking need a paid plan for real use
- The interface packs a lot in; expect a week or two before it stops feeling busy
